Shipping

Shipping is through Australia Post.
Tracking numbers are sent at the time of shipping.

Once parcels leave our care, we cannot be responsible for any Australia Post delays or mishaps.

Products

Some of our items are made to order so please allow an extra couple of days for shipping.

From time to time we may be out of stock on an ingredient and are waiting on delivery. You'll be notified via email should this happen with your order.

Returns

Items may be returned if they are damaged due to a manufacturing fault. Returned items must be unused. 

We do supply tracking numbers for all parcels sent. We cannot be responsible for Australia post lost or damaged items. In saying that, we are yet to have a parcel damaged or go missing!
